Admission Open for BDEVS, BECS and BED Programs at School of Development and Social Engineering, Pokhara University

Updates: Deadline Extension 

Pokhara University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Development and Social Engineering (SDSE), has extended the application submission deadline for admissions to the Bachelor of English and Communication Studies (BECS), Bachelor of Entrepreneurship Development (BED), and Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies (BDEVs).

The earlier deadline for the application submission was Bhadra 16, 2082 (September 01, 2025), while the revised deadline and entrance examination date are given below:

• Extended Deadline:  Bhadra 29, 2082 (2025/09/14 ) Sunday
• Revised Entrance Examination Date: Bhadra 30, 2082 (2025/09/15 ) Monday

Pokhara University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Development and Social Engineering (SDSE) has announced admissions open for the fee-paying students for the Fall Intake of 2025 in the following programs:

Eligibility

• General: Passed +2/PCL or equivalent in any discipline
• BDEVS, BECS, and BED: Minimum D grade in each subject of class 12 (2079 and onwards) or D+ in each subject of class 11 and 12 (2078 and before)

• Properly filled Application Form with two Passport-size photos
• Attested Transcripts and Character Certificates of SLC/SEE and +2/PCL Levels
• Application Fee Voucher of Rs. 500
