Only students who have passed Secondary Education (Class 12) with a 'C' Grade or Grade Point 2.0, or in the Second Division (or equivalent) are eligible to submit the application form.
Documents to be enclosed with the application form: Two recent passport-sized photos, Citizenship Certificate, and verified photocopies of the Secondary Level (Class 12) Transcript and Character Certificate.
Students who have passed from a Board/Educational Institution outside Mid-Western University must submit their application form along with an Equivalence Certificate.
