Admission Open for MSc Mountain and Mountaineering Science (MMS) - Nepal Mountain Academy

Nepal Mountain Academy has opened admissions for Master of Science in Mountain and Mountaineering Science program for the academic year 2079. 

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have completed a Bachelor degree with a minimum of 50% or a CGPA of 2.00 in the following disciplines:

• B.Sc in General Science or equivalent
• B.Sc Forestry or equivalent
• B.Sc Agriculture or equivalent
• B.E in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Bachelor in Physical Geography or equivalent
• Bachelor of Mountaineering Studies (BMS) with +2 in Science 
• B.Sc CSIT (B.Sc Computer Science and Information Technology).

• Application Deadline with normal fee: Chaitra 15, 2079 (March 29, 2023)
• Application Deadline with late fee: Chaitra 22, 2079 (April 05, 2023)
• Entrance Exam Date and Time: Chaitra 25, 2079 (April 08, 2023); 10 AM to 12 PM
• Application Fee: NPR 2100

Required Documents

• Certificates and testimonials of all examinations passed
• Two recent passport-sized photographs
• Equivalency certificate if the students have their bachelor's degree in science from a foreign board.
