Required Documents

1. Duly filled Registration form
2. Original Birth certificate issued by a competent authority & a copy of the same (Original will be returned back after verification) *(Eligibility for admission in Class-1: Child born between 01/04/2015 to 01/04/2017 (Age 6 to 8 as on 31st March 2023)
3. Service certificate of the Parent from the department concerned (Central or State, if any).
4. Proof of transfer orders in case of transferable employees.
5. Nagarikta certificate/Citizenship certificate/ Indian registration certificate from the Government department.
6. Residence Proof.
7. Blood Group Report from any authenticated hospital.
8. Passport-size photograph to be pasted in the application form.
9. Bonafide Certificate from the previous school for classes II and above.
10. Any document related to the medical history of a child (if applicable)
