Admission Open for Bachelor Programs at Himalaya College of Engineering

Himalayan College of Engineering (HCOE), located at Chyasal-9, Lalitpur and affiliated with Tribhuvan University, announces admission open for the following Bachelor's programs:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
• Bachelor of Electronics, Communication and Information Engineering
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Bachelor of Computer Engineering

Established in June 2000 AD, Himalaya College of Engineering aims to produce qualified engineers who are the backbone of the country's development, providing engineering education to cultivate competent engineering graduates.

Admission Process

• Applicants who have successfully passed the IOE Entrance Exam must submit their admission applications to the college. The online application form can be accessed on the college's official website HERE.

• When completing the application form, candidates must indicate their preferred order of priority for the faculties of engineering, which include BE Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Engineering, Civil Engineering, and B Architecture.

• For B Architecture applicants, there is an additional aptitude test requirement. The final list of admitted students will be published on the Central Admission Portal (admission.ioe.edu.np) on the specified date.

• Applicants must pass the entrance exam for BSc CSIT conducted by the Institute of Science and Technology, Tribhuvan University, to pursue a BSC CSIT degree.

• Applicants must pass the entrance exam for BCA conducted by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tribhuvan University, to enroll in the BCA program.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

• Himalaya College of Engineering (HCOE) awards full scholarships as the IOE Scholarship to 10 percent of students of the total enrolment in all the programmes throughout all semesters.

• The college also provides partial scholarships to a few meritorious and intelligent students.

• Besides, the student scoring the highest marks in a semester is awarded the semester topper scholarship, which includes 50 percent of a semester 's tuition fee.

• The student scoring the highest marks among all the students in a semester in IOE is awarded semester topper in a semester in IOE is awarded semester topper scholarship, which includes 100 percent of the respective semester s tuition fee.
