Call for Fellowship Programs at Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS)

Patan Academy of Health Sciences, Lagankhel, Lalitpur, invites applications for following fellowship programs as outlined below:

• Late Fee Application: Till 9th January 2026 ( Poush  25, 2082)
• Application Fee: Rs. NRs 5,000/-
• Entrance Examination: 11th January, 2026  (Poush 27, 2082)
• Session Commencement: 13th February, 2026 (Falgun 01, 2082)
• Application forms can be received on submission of a bank voucher of NRs. 5,000 drawn upon PAHS account in Laxmi Bank Ltd., Lagankhel (A/C No.: 01811000295).

Fellowship in Emergency Medicine

• Number of Seats: 2
• Duration: 1.5 years
• Eligibility: MDGP with NMC specialty registration and relevant experience
• Category: Institutional Sponsorship / Open

Fellowship in Infectious Disease Medicine

• Number of Seats: 2
• Duration: 2 years
• Eligibility: MD Internal Medicine with NMC specialty registration and relevant experience
• Category: Open

Fellowship in Paediatric Critical Care

• Number of Seats: 2
• Duration: 2 years
• Eligibility: MD Paediatrics with NMC specialty registration and relevant experience
• Category: Open

Fellowship in Palliative Care

• Number of Seats: 2
• Duration: 1.5 years
• Eligibility: MD or MS in a clinical subject with NMC specialty registration and relevant experience
• Category: Open
• Funding: Supported by Nick Simons Foundation

Fellowship in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

• Number of Seats: 2
• Duration: 2 years
• Eligibility: MD or MS in a clinical subject with NMC specialty registration and relevant experience
• Category: Open
• Funding: Supported by Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Centre (SIRC)

Note:
- Preference will be given to institution-sponsored candidates
- For "Institutional sponsorship," the stipend has to be borne by the sponsoring institution
- If the "Institutional sponsorship" seats go vacant, they will be transferred to the "Open Category"

Applicants are required to be physically present at the PAHS Academic Administration Office at 9:00 am, 11th Jan 2026 to verify the documents and get the admit card for the Entrance Examination.
