Mid-West University announces admission in Mphil/PhD Programs 2026

Mid-West University (MWU) has opened applications for its Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs under the Graduate School of Management for the academic year 2082/83 (2026).

According to a notice released by the Office of the Dean, the university is inviting qualified candidates to apply for these advanced research-oriented programs.

Key Details:

• Application Period: From Poush 30, 2082, to Falgun 4, 2082 ( January 14 to February 16, 2026)
• Application Fee: Rs. 1,000/-. (The applicant must deposit this amount into the Nepal Bank Ltd. account of the Office of the Dean, Graduate School of Management, Account No. 19400107321492000003, and attach the original voucher to the application form.)
• Entrance Examination Date: Falgun 5, 2082 ( February 17, 2026 Tuesday).
• Interview Date: Falgun 6, 2082 (February 18, 2026 Wednesday).
• Examination Center: Mid-West University, Graduate School of Management, Office of the Dean.
• Submission Details: Prospective students can download the application forms directly from the university's official website (https://www.mu.edu.np/) and can be submitted via the following ways:
  • Digital Submission: Via email to dean.fom@mu.edu.np
  • Physical Submission: At the Office of the Dean, Graduate School of Management, in Birendranagar, Surkhet.
