Notice for 31st Convocation of Kathmandu University (First Phase)

Kathmandu University has announced the gown distribution date for its 31st Convocation Ceremony (First Phase), scheduled for Mangsir 24, 2082 (10th December, 2025).

Gown Distribution Details:

• Date: Mangsir 16 to Mangsir 19, 2082
• Time: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• Address: Respective school and college

Note:  The gown will be issued only upon the submission of Rs 4,500 to the concerned school's bank account at Nepal Investment Mega Bank.

Kathmandu University invites its graduates to apply for participation in the 31st Convocation Ceremony (First Phase). Graduates from various schools, including Arts, Education, Engineering, Law, Management, Science, and Medical Sciences, are encouraged to apply online to participate in the convocation ceremony.

• Convocation Date: December 10, 2025, (Mangsir 24, 2082)
• Time: 10:30 AM
• Venue: Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel
• The application form can be accessed and filled out at convocation.ku.edu.np. The bank receipt of the convocation fee and required documents should also be submitted through this website.
• Application Form Submission Period: From Kartik 20 - Mangsir 5, 2082 (November 6 to 21, 2025)
• Detailed information about the convocation program will be published before the event.
• The next phase of the program will be notified later.
