National College of Management and Technical Science (NCMT) is organizing a Corporate Level Weekly Futsal League to bring together professionals from different organizations through sportsmanship, networking, and healthy competition. The tournament is scheduled to run for one month, starting from August 1, 2026, and concluding on September 5, 2026.
The league aims to promote sportsmanship and team spirit among corporate professionals while providing a valuable networking platform for organizations. It also seeks to strengthen collaboration between corporate institutions and academia, encouraging a healthy work-life balance through sports.
A maximum of 32 teams will participate, selected on a first-come, first-served basis. The tournament will consist of eight groups with four teams in each group. Matches will initially follow a league cum knockout format, with two teams from each group progressing to the knockout stage.
All matches will follow international futsal rules. Each match will consist of two 12-minute halves, with a short interval between halves. Referee decisions regarding facts connected with play will be final.
Teams must represent a registered organization or institution. All players must be employees or affiliated members of the organization; outsourced and contract employees are not eligible. For verification, teams must present organizational ID cards and a letter of verification on the organization's letterhead.
Protests regarding player eligibility must be submitted in writing to the Match Commissioner within 15 minutes after match completion. The concerned team must present the necessary documents within 30 minutes of a protest. All protests must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of NPR 2,000. If a protest is upheld, the team that protested will lose the match by a 3-0 deficit. No protests will be entertained against referee decisions regarding facts connected with play.
