Tribhuvan University's Office of the Controller of Examinations (at Balkhu, Kathmandu) has announced the date for its 51st Convocation. The ceremony will take place on Poush 10, 2082 (December 25, 2025).

Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, Kathmandu, has published an online form-filling notice to participate in the 51st Convocation of Tribhuvan University.
Qualified candidates (who have passed the following mentioned exams and have received the transcript on the following dates) who are interested in participating in the 51st Convocation of Tribhuvan University are requested to fill out the application form online by logging into the website.

- Application Begins On: Bhadra 18, 2082 (September 3, 2025)
- Application Submission Deadline: Ashwin 31, 2082 (October 17, 2025)

- After filling out the form online, the applicant must upload a passport-size photo, a citizenship certificate, or a scan of the transcript.
Eligibility
Students who have passed their Bachelor's, Master's, and M.Phil. level examinations according to the semester and annual examination system, and have received their transcripts from Ashar 1, 2081 to Jestha 31, 2082 (15th June 2024 to 14th June 2025) can apply. Additionally, those who complete their Ph.D. within the same period are also eligible.

Note: You can bring up to two guardians with you to the convocation ceremony. There will be an additional charge of NPR 300 (non-refundable) per guardian.
The fees mentioned above can be paid only through online banking with Nepal Bank Ltd. or Global IME Bank Ltd. You must keep the receipt and transaction ID safe after payment. To get the deposit refunded, you must confirm the bank's name, account number, and account holder's name. If the amount cannot be refunded due to an incorrect account, the individual will be responsible.
From the deposit amount, a maintenance charge of NPR 300/- for the gown, scarf, etc., will be deducted. One must collect their original certificate within one year of the convocation ceremony. Otherwise, additional fees will be charged as per university rules.
