Diploma/Certificate Level Regular and Partial Exam Schedule: CTEVT

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published a notice for the information of all concerned, in accordance with the notice regarding the filling out of the examination application forms published on 2082/10/06.

The Regular/Partial examinations for the First Year First Part, Second Year First Part, and Third Year First Part will commence from 2082/11/29 at 7:00 AM for all programs under Diploma in Engineering, Hotel Management, Food and Dairy Technology, Social Work, Entrepreneurship Development, Beauty and Cosmetology, Fashion Design, and Agriculture in Plant Science and Animal Science conducted in constituent, partnership, community schools, and private level institutions.

Furthermore, under the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education (for Dalit, Muslim, and marginalized/local levels without access to technical education), the examinations for the following will also be conducted on the dates and times mentioned in the schedule:

First Year First Part, Second Year First Part, and Third Year First Part (Regular/Partial) for Diploma in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Specialization in Hydropower Engineering), Automobile Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Biomedical, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, Information Technology, Entrepreneurship Development, Hotel Management, Food and Dairy Technology, Agriculture in Plant Science and Animal Science
Diploma in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants: Third Year Regular; First and Second Year Partial.
Diploma in Pharmacy: Second Year Regular; First Year Partial (for those enrolled in the Special Scholarship 2081).

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Controller Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published a notice regarding the examination routine for both semesters and yearly examinations at the Diploma and Certificate Levels. As per the urgent notice published on 2082/03/05 and 2082/03/13 regarding the filling of exam application forms for the Diploma and Certificate Level programs, the regular and partial examinations for the following programs operated by constituent, partnership, community, and private institutions under the Council will commence from Shrawan 29, 2082 (August 14, 2025) at 7:00 AM.

The examination will be held for the First, Second, and Third Year for the following programs:

Certificate level Nursing, Midwifery, General Medicine, Medical Lab Technology, Radiography, Ophthalmic Science, Dental Science (Dental Hygiene), Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Acupressure and Moxibustion (AAM), Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Yoga and Naturopathy, Agriculture (Plant Science), and Agriculture (Animal Science)

Similarly, the examination for First Year Second Semester, Second Year Second Semester, and Third Year Second Semester will be conducted for the following programs:

Diploma in Engineering programs, Hotel Management, Food and Dairy, Social Work, Beauty and Cosmetology, and Agriculture (Animal/Crop Science)

Additionally, under the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education (for Dalit, Muslim, endangered indigenous groups, and economically disadvantaged students), the exams will be held for the First, Second, and Third Year for the following programs:

Certificate level in General Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Agriculture (Plant Science), Agriculture (Animal Science), and Forestry programs.

Similarly, the exams will be held for First Year Second Semester, Second Year Second Semester, and Third Year Second Semester will be conducted for the following programs:
