Kathmandu: The Education Department of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has officially released the results of the Basic Level Examination (Grade 8) for the academic session 2082. The examinations were conducted from Chaitra 5 to Chaitra 12, 2082.
According to the official notice, schools can now access and download the Grade-wise Ledger of their students through the Integrated Educational Management Information System (IEMIS) portal at emis.cehrd.gov.np.
Re-totaling and Corrections Students who wish to apply for re-totaling must submit an application to their respective schools by Chaitra 29, 2082. The fee for re-totaling has been set at Rs. 200 per subject. Schools are required to deposit the fees and submit the necessary documents to the KMC Education Department by Chaitra 30.
Grade Increment (Supplementary) Exams KMC has also announced the schedule for the Grade Increment exams for students who received an 'NG' (Not Graded) in their results. The supplementary exams will be held from Baishakh 6 to Baishakh 12, 2083, between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM at designated resource center schools.
The Exam Schedule is as follows:
- Baishakh 6: English
- Baishakh 7: Nepali
- Baishakh 8: Science & Technology
- Baishakh 9: Mathematics
- Baishakh 10: Social Studies & Human Value Education
- Baishakh 11: Health, Physical & Creative Arts
- Baishakh 12: Local Subject
Schools must ensure that supplementary admit cards are downloaded and submitted to the department by Chaitra 30, 2082. For more updates, students and parents are advised to stay in contact with their respective school administrations.
