The Hult Prize Grand Finale was successfully organized at St. Xavier's College, Maitighar, on February 17, 2026. The event took place at Watrin Hall from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, bringing together young innovators, judges, guests, and members of the college community.
The program began with the national anthem, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the Panas. Distinguished guests and judges were honored for their presence and support. Father Principal delivered a welcome message, setting a positive tone for the event.
Serena's dance performance added cultural vibrancy to the occasion. The core of the event featured pitches from eight competing teams: Matriposhan, Ubaran, Agrovault, Rehusk, Winner, Technotics, and Kairos. Each team presented its innovative social enterprise ideas to the panel of judges.
Cultural performances by Pragati Maharjan and a group performance by Grishmika Adhikari, Rachana Bantha, and Nisha Adhikari provided entertainment between the presentations.
A guest speaker addressed the gathering, sharing insights and inspiration with the young entrepreneurs. The highlight of the event was the result announcement, delivered by Father, revealing the winning teams of the Hult Prize competition.
Certificates were distributed to all participants in recognition of their efforts. The organizing committee and volunteers were also honored with certificates for their dedication. Tokens of appreciation were presented to the judges, guests, and sponsors for their valuable support.
The event concluded with a vote of gratitude delivered by the Lead Student Coordinator, followed by the college song, marking a memorable and successful Grand Finale.
