The Hult Prize Organizing Committee at Khwopa College of Engineering successfully hosted the Help Desk and Information Stall for the Hult Prize 2025/26 on November 26th and 27th, 2025, in the F and G Blocks. This two-day event became a vibrant, interactive, and engaging space where students and faculty members came together to explore the opportunities offered by the world’s largest student entrepreneurship competition.

The stall served as an informative hub where students received clear guidance on the Hult Prize process, covering everything from team formation and registration to understanding the global challenge theme. Many students, who were initially unfamiliar with the competition, gained confidence after receiving one-on-one support from the organizing team. As a result, a significant number of students registered on the spot, making the stall a key driver of this year's increase in participation.
One of the major highlights of the event was the fun mini-games and interactive challenges organized at the stall. These segments created an energetic atmosphere that drew attention from every corner of the college. Not only did students participate, but teachers also joined in the games, making the environment even livelier and more encouraging. Their involvement added an extra layer of motivation for the students and reflected strong institutional support for the Hult Prize initiative.

To make the experience even more memorable, the team introduced a special appreciation activity on the second day, distributing custom Hult Prize stickers to participants who engaged in the games and activities. These stickers became tokens of excitement and participation, and students enthusiastically collected them as symbols of their participation in the Hult Prize journey.

Beyond entertainment, the stall offered various long-term benefits:
- It increased awareness about social entrepreneurship and innovation.
- It helped students understand how to turn ideas into impactful solutions.
- It provided early exposure to pitching, teamwork, and leadership.
- It created a welcoming space for students to ask questions freely and overcome hesitations.
- It encouraged participation from different departments, strengthening cross-faculty collaboration.
The success of the stall stands as a reflection of the teamwork, planning, and dedication shown by the organizing committee. The warm support from teachers, the enthusiasm of students, and the lively game segments together transformed the Help Desk into a memorable pre-event for the Hult Prize season.

In conclusion, the two-day Hult Prize Help Desk and Info Stall not only provided information and assistance but also inspired the KhCE community. It marked a strong beginning for the Hult Prize 25/26 journey and set a positive tone for the upcoming campus round. The Organizing Committee extends heartfelt gratitude to everyone who visited, participated in, supported, or contributed to making the event a remarkable success.
