Kathmandu Multiple College Introduces Online Scholarship Calculator for MEC CEE Students
Degrees Offered in Nepal

Kathmandu Multiple College, located in Gaushala, Kathmandu, has introduced a special scholarship package aimed at students aspiring to pursue Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) after passing the Medical Education Commission’s Bachelor-level Common Entrance Examination (CEE).

To ensure transparency and help students clearly understand their potential scholarships, the college has launched an online Scholarship Calculator on its official website. By entering their GPA scores from SEE, Grade 11, Grade 12, and the marks obtained in the MEC CEE exam, students can independently calculate the scholarship they are eligible for.

According to the college administration, students will also have the opportunity to earn additional scholarships in the future based on their board examination results from Semester 1 to Semester 8.

At a time when many colleges have been charging arbitrary fees beyond the Medical Education Commission’s prescribed structure, this initiative is seen as a positive and transparent approach that allows students to determine their scholarships on their own, purely based on academic performance.

Campus Chief, Associate Professor Sanjita Bista, stated that the system will not only ensure fairness but also motivate students to remain focused on their academic goals, as scholarships can be influenced by their expected future GPA as well.

Launched ahead of students making their priority selections, the Scholarship Calculator is expected to benefit both students and parents by providing clear, technology-driven insights into scholarship opportunities at Kathmandu Multiple College.

Also, the college has a history of 3 gold medalists and many other undergraduates working at the national and International levels.
