KIST College organized a field visit for its BBA 5th Semester students on 20th Chaitra 2082 under the subjects of Psychology and Operations Management, where students visited Osho Tapoban and Balaju Industrial Area, gaining a unique blend of experiences from understanding mindfulness, human behavior, and inner well-being to observing real-world industrial operations and management practices; the visit moved learning beyond textbooks by allowing students to directly connect theoretical concepts with practical insights, making the overall experience more engaging, meaningful, and applicable to real-life situations.
