The Ministry of Social Development, Sudurpashchim Province, has published a notice announcing the provision of scholarships for MBBS study for the 2082 academic session.
The announcement is made in accordance with a decision by the Director Committee under Section 3 of the Integrated Scholarship Management Directive, 2076 (Sixth Amendment).
The scholarship is specifically targeted to permanent residents of Sudurpashchim Province who have successfully passed the MBBS entrance examination 2082 conducted by the Medical Education Commission (MEC). The program will allocate seats under the specified Open and Inclusive Quota, and all interested and eligible students are requested to submit their formal applications.

- Application Submission Deadline: Mangsir 16, 2082 (December 2, 2025)
Required Documents:
- Application form clearly stating all details in the format attached to this notice.
- Mark sheets (Grade Sheets) and Certificates of Class 8, 10, and 12.
- In case of having passed the diploma level from an institution affiliated with CTEVT or Technical Education Council, a copy of the original recommendation letter from the educational institution/body confirming that the applicant has studied under a full scholarship or full-paying scheme, along with the diploma mark sheet or grade sheet.
- Recommendation letter from the Education Branch of the concerned Palika (local level) clearly stating the type of school (Community, Private Trust, Public Trust, Private) from which the applicant passed Class 8, 10, and 12.
- Proof clearly showing the marks obtained in the M.B.B.S. Entrance Examination.
