Ministry of Social Development, Directorate of Education and Social Development, Lumbini Province has published a notice regarding scholarships aimed at students studying Science in Grades 11 and 12 at community schools within Lumbini Province.
All concerned community schools are requested to:
- Publish a public notice regarding this scholarship.
- Collect applications from eligible students within 30 days from the date of this notice.
- Verify and authenticate the submitted applications along with the required documents.
- Submit the consolidated applications to the respective Social Development Division Office within 7 days after the application deadline.
Required Documents:
- Student’s application form
- Copy of the previous grade certificate:
- For Grade 12 scholarship: Grade 11 certificate
- For Grade 11 scholarship: SEE certificate
- Recommendation from the community school confirming:
- Regular enrollment in a Grade 11 or 12 Science program
- Minimum 70 percent attendance
- Recommendation from the school confirming that the student has not received a scholarship from any other source
- Bank details of the student, including bank name, address, and account number (photocopy of a bank cheque)
