This was one of the challenge we set before ourselves as we went out conceiving and designing the Adarsh 'An Ideal' School to provide an environment where the child can explore and develop every facet of himself, so that he can realize his true potential and his true genius.

A challenge we have been true to in every aspect of the school. Right form developing an intensive and exhaustive methodology to inculcating skills and values are essential in this age of Global Competition where only the fittest survive.

Adarsh Vidya Niketan (AVN) is an accredited educational institution that came into existence in 2046 B.S. (1989 AD) with the express purpose of imparting high quality Education to the young generation. The school is registered with the Government of Nepal and High Secondary wing is affiliated to the NEB and offers +2 in Management.

In a short span of 20 years Adarsh Vidya Niketan has grown up to Higher Secondary level. It has widened its scope, challenge the conventional norms of teaching and brought about a truly integrated system of learning. It has remained true to its core strength-teachers, who inspire students to innovate and adopt in the fast changing world of today. It has thus truly proved and followed its motto 'Expert to crede'.

The institution's students have exposure beyond books and academia. Hikes, school excursion, creative activities with work exposure and social awareness are all part of a holistic education that enables students to develop into confident, poised, young adults who are equipped and ready to meet the challenges of a rapidly challenging and demanding world.

Table Tennis, Basket Ball, Badminton, Volleyball, Cricket, Football, Athletics are among the sports promoted. Talents in acting, poetry, and painting are encouraged and honed through cultural programs.

ADSL networking system enabled computer lab with high-speed connectivity provides students easy access to communication highway for their advanced learning. Educational tours and seminars are conducted to enhance in them more of practical knowledge.
