Job Placement and Counseling Unit(JPCU

Job Placement and Counseling Unit(JPCU) conducts different training need assessments at Provincial level for exploring demands of career and job markets. It organizes tracer study of its graduates and links them with appropriate job providers. It bridges the gap between job seekers and job providers by organizing job fairs and recruitment conferences as far as possible.

EDC & Consulting Services

Mahuregadhi Polytechnic Institute plans to take initiative of Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC) to foster and provide growth platform for transformation of innovative ideas of its trainees had help them to grow as an Entrepreneur after graduation from the institute.

EDC provodes platform for business plan development and Financial modelling of future startups in collaboration with key industrial linkages.

EDC will organize knowledge sharing workshops, Startup competition and startup weekends inviting various multi platform based venture capital investors. Seed fund will be provided for transforming ideas into Enterprise.

The model will implement LEARN, Get invested, Earn, and pay model. Consulting services including outreach programs at provincial level relevant to available intangible and tangible asset of Polytechnic. Entrepreneurial graduates and alumni are networked for collection of seed money generation and peer to peer growth model will be implemented for job placement and career development of trainees.

Admission Guidelines

Students of SLC passed / SEE with securing at least Grade C in any two subjects of English, Math & Science and D+ for remaining one subject are eligible to appear in the entrance exam administered by the CTEVT.

Application forms for the entrance exam can be obtained from Mahuregadhi polytechnic institute, Nunthala, Khotang. Students who are successful in the entrance exam are eligible for admission in this program.
