The team extends Higher Diploma level vocational courses in Hospitality and Culinary Arts Management, officially approved by the Government of Nepal. Additionally, they hold affiliation with CTEVT Nepal, and have forged a collaboration with LCCI GQ for Diploma-level courses. These courses undergo quality assurance by the Scottish Qualification Authority, SQA, Scotland and are benchmarked at the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and Scottish Qualification Framework (SCQF).

Currently, the team oversees a workforce of more than 50 staff and faculty members from diverse backgrounds.

Their unique career unit combines On-The-Job training with internships embedded within specific courses. The Culinary Arts program, in particular, is highly sought after for internships. The center has established partnerships with premier international chain hotels globally and is extending its reach to include collaborations with select local five-star hotels in specific countries.
