Requirements:
- Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
- proficiency in advanced statistical and qualitative research tools(e.g, R, Python, AMOS, Stata, NVivo, etc)
- Prior experience in academic or applied research will be an added advantage
- Excellent command of English and Nepali (written and spoken)
- Able to support project work, assist in academic report writing and publication-related tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Educational Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Management, Economics or a related discipline
