Job Description
1. To manage sales ledger and journals in Google spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and Tally.
2. To maintain recipe-wise stock journal voucher.
3. Reporting various financial statements on time.
4. Liaise with internal and external auditors as required.
5. Import authorised sales from IMS (POS/Cafe Management system). Monitor IMS software for smooth operation.
6. To maintain a daily cash sales record on a Google Sheet from all cafe outlets and share it with the deputy director and the Accounts Head.
7. Know-how of all elements of stock management and stock taking, from ordering to requisition and putting all the data into our systems to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of stocks and stock holding.
8. To make reports to verify inventory levels and determine reorder activity and usage rates.
9. To inspect the receipt of delivery from suppliers to verify the quality and quantity of materials and equipment received against invoices.
10. To take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
11. To maintain high ethical relationships with the suppliers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's in Management with 3 years of experience.
