Kathmandu University High School, a sister organization of Kathmandu University announces admission open for Plus Two Science.

Key Details: 

• Admission Form Opens: Asadh 03, 2082 (June 17, 2025)
• Entrance Test: Asadh 18, 2082 (July 2, 2025)
• Entrance Test Time: From 9:00 am till 10.30 am
• Entrance Test Venue: Kathmandu University High School, Panauti-05, Chaukot
• Entrance Test Result: 2:00 pm, Asadh 21, 2082 (July 5, 2025)
• Subjects for Entrance Test: English - 20%, Science - 60% and Mathematics - 20%
• New Session of Class 11 Begins: Shrawan 05, 2082 (July 21, 2025)

Note: The Admission Form is available at the school premises or can be submitted online at https://kuhs.edu.np for Admission Form 2082. 

While submitting the form, please make sure that you have completed all the procedures: 

Submission of Physical Form:

1. Please collect the Admission Form from KUHS or New Pragati Pustak Bhandar, Banepa, 011 – 661590.
2. Fill out the Admission Form with correct details.
3. Deposit a sum of Rs. 200 in the given bank account as an application fee and submit it along with the Admission Form (Mention the student’s name clearly on the bank voucher).
4. Submit the latest grade sheet of Class 10 (issued by the school) along with the Admission Form.

While applying for a scholarship, please attach the following documents:

• BLE grade sheet.
• SEE grade sheet (can be submitted at the time of the scholarship interview).
• An official letter stating the financial need of your family from the local Ward Office.

Submission of the Online Form:

1. Please visit https://kuhs.edu.np and fill out the Admission Form with correct details.
2. Upload the image of Rs. 200 payment voucher or a screenshot of the payment transaction. (Please make sure that the student's name and amount of payment is clearly visible).
3. Upload the latest grade sheet of Class 10 (issued by the school).

While applying for a scholarship online, please upload the following documents:

• Class 8 Grade sheet.
• SEE Grade Sheet (Can be submitted at the time of the scholarship interview).
• Official letter stating the financial need of your family from the local Ward Office

Kathmandu University High School (KUHS) awards Eight Scholarships to the students of Class 11 and Class
12. The scholarship details are as follows:

Scholarships Title:

Scholarship Award Criteria:

Prof. Dr. Suresh Raj Sharma Scholarship

• This scholarship is given to the female student who meets the given criteria in class 11.
• The following documents will be reviewed and the awardee is finalized.

1. BLE Grade sheet
2. SEE Grade sheet
3. Entrance Exam result
4. Interview of the Student
5. Financial status of the family

Vice Chancellor Scholarship

• This scholarship is given to the male student who meets the given criteria in Class 11.
• The following documents will be reviewed and the awardee is finalized.

1. BLE Grade sheet
2. SEE Grade sheet
3. Entrance Exam
4. Interview of the Student
5. Financial status of the family

Academic Excellence Award:

• Two students who score the highest grade in the terminal examinations of Class 11 and Class 12 will receive the Academic Excellence Award term-wise.
• The scholarship amount is half of the semester fee.

Partial Scholarship:

• Four students will receive the Partial Scholarships according to the merit list of the entrance test.
• The partial scholarship is 25% of the semester fee for the whole 2 years of the course
