About Us

Shree Change Secondary School is located in Change Asedada, Ward No. 5 of Aathrai Tribeni Rural Municipality, Taplejung District, in Koshi Province. The school was established in 2003 BS under the leadership of local social worker and education enthusiast Shri Lakshmi Prasad Limbu (Angbuhang), with active support from community members passionate about education, including Devi Prasad Gautam and others.

In 2008 BS, the school received approval to become Change Middle School and taught up to class 7 for about 45 years. Permission to operate class 8 was granted in 2048 BS, marking the beginning of its secondary-level education. The school successfully sent its first group of students to the SLC examination in 2051 BS. Starting in the 2066 BS academic session, the school received affiliation from the Higher Secondary Education Board to offer classes 11 and 12. Today, Shree Change Secondary School provides education from Playgroup to Grade 12 and is affiliated with the National Examinations Board (NEB), offering Plus Two programs in Management and Education.
